Day of Coordinator
Price: $1,000 *
Ideal for couples who have done all the planning and just need someone to step in and make sure everything runs smoothly on their big day.
What’s Included:
Before the Wedding (4–6 Weeks Out)
Complimentary consultation to review your wedding vision, timeline, and vendors
One venue walk-through to confirm layout and logistics
Email communication leading up to the wedding
Creation and distribution of a detailed wedding day timeline
Vendor communication and coordination (confirming arrival/setup times, final details, etc.)
Review of vendor information to ensure all important details are organized
Rehearsal coordination (up to 1.5 hours)
On the Wedding Day (Up to 10 hours on-site)
Coordination by Brooklynn from start to finish
Vendor arrival and setup supervision
Setup of personal decor (signage, guest book, card box, favors, etc.)
Point of contact for all vendors and venue staff
Guest assistance and day-of problem solving
Ceremony processional coordination and timeline management
Reception coordination (grand entrance, speeches, dances, cake cutting, and other planned events)
Emergency kit on hand (safety pins, sewing kit, stain remover, etc.)

*For weddings more than 20 miles outside of Pocatello, a travel fee of $1 per additional mile will be added to the balance.
